For many of us, burnout is a slow process that seemingly creeps up on us until we notice how exhausted and drained we feel. For others, it can hit a strong trigger point where we realise that we need to make some changes in our life.
It can be overwhelming and confusing... And even if we are taking steps to heal and recover, we may still feel like we can't truly do this.
Many sensitive souls try stress management and STILL feel like they are not seeing any difference.
There is a missing piece... Energy management.

I am a huge believer that every challenge offers us an opportunity to learn. Burnout is a clear sign that changes need to be made and we can learn more about our sensitivity - and to love it!
